现在面临房子foreclosure,不知foreclosure后,如果价钱低于principle,我们是否要交付差价呢? 比如:银行以15万价钱foreclosure,但我们的Principle是20万,那我们是否还有交付这5万的差价呢?现在查到一个机构是专门有律师帮助做foreclosure的,但是加入的话每月要付$750,直到完成foreclosure,说是可以有律师帮助避免交付foreclosure后的差价,做好了,还能保住房子等等,不知是否靠谱?各位有没有了解这方面情况的呢?多谢!
