Property value has nothing to do with accuracy of your loan docs

如果你的agent在房子销售的marketing作的很好的基础上没有offer，那就是你所在的市场对这类房子，这个价位没有demand。
问一下， 你的loan这么小，如果还是要找地方住的话，为啥不继续付mortgage呢？除非失业，relocation，否则你和家人还是要付租金的。。。。？
