还有2-3 weeks就要搬进升级的新房,因考虑出租现有房以避免损失,想finance,以3。75% 30 年,每月能少付 $540 ,但是一想,假如3-5 年后卖出去的话,恐怕也没什么区别,因为目前的loan已经付了5年。。。要么就是干脆take lost卖掉现有房,拿到的equity再去买投资房出租。。。请各位大侠和牛人指点。。。
