请教关于Section 8的房客

以前看论坛里面说过，section 8 有些房客很trash，没听说过其他问题。

今天遇到一个section 8的房客，我看着人挺decent，工作也靠谱。但是她提出一个问题，就是签一个合同给section 8看，再签一个合同关于房租差价的补充，貌似不能一份合同各付一部分。好像她不能给section 8/case worker看到真实的房租。也就是说，给政府看的，就是一部分房租，另一部分under the table。

那么我的第二份关于差价房租的合同，不是illegal吗？如果她不付，我是否根本无法索取，无法evict她？

这怎么能操作呢？大家怎么做的呢？谢谢！
