回复：为什么美国的房价低

我是这麽认为的：
1。美国房产税高。
2。美国房子的数量多，尤其是前几年各地盖了很多房子。
3。澳洲去过几个城市，发现大多数人都住在沿海的那几个城市里，人口高度集中，房子肯定贵。凡是人多的大城市（世界各地）都贵。美国纽约人多，房子也很贵的。美国人住的比较分散，所以也分散了价格。
4。新西兰的情况和澳洲差不多，这两个国家基本是移民把价格给抬高了。
5。新西兰和澳洲的自然风光真的是世界数一数二的。这麽漂亮的地方贵也是应该的cause everyone wants to live there.
