老公60（家里主要经济来源），小孩3岁，问了一下保险，定期

20年1000000，每月400，终身100000，每月200-300（看哪一类的终身），现有房贷400k,
我该如何买呀？需要终身吗?（或500k定期，100k终身）
自己觉得终身不划算，但不知是不是比放银行划算
