有些朋友可能没明白

那个房客应该这个月１５日付下个月房租，可是她没付。过了五天也就是２０日，人就跑了。我们之前收了她同等一个月租金的　ｄｅｐｏｓｉｔ。　她也告诉我们已经搬走了，难道我们还退她deposite？
