I have been saying : buying house like buying an individual stock. I think the correct statement is buying house is like buying an individual company. Investor will own the whole company and its operation. I am flipping house like picking a bad company (bankrupted), then re-organized company and its operation, then sell it with market value.

Most investors are buying good profitable company for its earnings (rent). They have to manage the company (pm).

some investors did not do good homework, or did not Know how to operate the business. They will fail.
