next time every time they mention any problems just tell them: i am afraid you have to move out, and from now on i only take written requests, got to have everything on records. btw, your lease should be written with co-repair fee of $50 or $75 for each repair, tell them: i am renting as-is, pay me the co-pay money by the time i travel to the unit to resove problems for you. trust me: you will have much less calls from them.
