See that's the thing. After I got this place,

I do realize things are not always easy for them. On the other hand, some of them will really try to con you when you're nice to them. My tenant and her nephew, daughter kept telling me things that I'm not sure are true (like: they think there're mice in the oven, they found cockroaches, they found kittens...then when I go there, I see no signs of these. I tell them not to take the unit, then they say but they already gave up their old place and have no other place to go now). Some times it feels like dealing with kids that need to be given limits.
