the draw back is, this free version, only limited to 20 customer/venders, so for small investors, its fine.  2010 is the last version can install on local drive free, 2011/2012, now are online versions, bacially 2011/2012 are 1 year online access licenses, amazon had it free downloan, staples had it free after rebate few time...

if you like it, you can upgrade to quickbook pro for more options, without losing any data.
