the draw back is, this free version, only limited to 20 customer/venders, so for small investors, its fine.  2010 is the last version can install on local drive free, 2011/2012, now are online versions, bacially 2011/2012 are 1 year online access licenses, amazon had it free downloan, staples had it free after rebate few time...
