* We have an average household net worth of $3.7 million. * On average, our total annual realized income is less than 7 percent of our wealth.

报的收入是财产的7%, 说明多数有钱人是自己开公司的, 在报税方面享受了太多的便利和便宜,以W2为主的”富人”在税方面是无法比的.

换一个角度, 一个自己开业的,有 $3.7m的净资产，只有$247K 的收入，比率是 7%， 一个W2$500K, 如果也是7%的话,意为有 $7m净资产, 是否有点高?

以前讲过,自己开业的税务好处, 一是部分收入和开销的处理, 二是可以放许多收入在退休帐户里.

公平乎? 没办法.
