新科地主初体验

昨天第二张支票准时到达.好!

房子是近十年前买的,按今天的估价,还有近 5% 的 Cap Rate. Not bad in a good area in San Diego. 爽一个!

看来我这为被逼上梁山的地主 has some beginner's luck. 嘿嘿.

房客还顺便告知他儿子 (freshman at West Point) made it to the Varsity Debate team. Hey, maybe I am renting to the parents of a future USA　president. 我大大的祝贺了一番. The young man was at the high school debate team and I met him at the school open house. Very impressive young man.
