接楼下的出租房的政治风险：联邦政府要进入出租房行业了

据花街日报，联邦政府为了减少银行回收屋以稳定房价，已要求房地美研究是否停止出售其名下的回收房，寻找出租管理公司帮其出租这些房子。 换言之，政府要进入出租行业了。重点是要租给原户主。

这个建议几年前就有人提出，最近才正式起动，可能先在某些区试行
