Thanks. The tenants are only there for 2 months. So far they made 3 requests already. One running toilet which handbyman fixed it; upstairs AC is not working property which got fixed by Home Warranty; and this one. This blind is the door one from kitchen/family area to the backyard so it's pricey. It was performing normally when we handed over to them. I really don't mind paying $105 but I don't want them to get the impression that they can do whatever they want and things will always get fixed by me.
