首先谢谢诸位新老地主. 从你们那学到很多. 也是在这坛里受到启发, 无意之中要当地主了.

这一家房客在我附近租房四年了. 屋主突然通知他们要卖了.他们还有一小孩明年上高二,想在这住至少三年直到小孩高中毕业. 男的是Sheriff Department 的IT 女的自己开了一家帮助特殊小孩学习的 therapy clinic.

这是我今天发给他们的email. 大家认为如何? 但愿我没有犯大的错误. 我准备 check credit scores, check with their previous landlord and call Sheriff department HR to verify his employment and compenstion information. 他们给我的印象相当的好.

Hi Chuck,

If you can get the application to me tonight or early tomorrow morning. I would like to do a little bit of checking (it doesn't seem neccesary, does it? :) and then we can meet at the house to sign the lease and get the deposit. I will also bring a walk through check-list and we can get it done. The main terms of the lease are: rent $2800/month with a deposit of $5600. The rent will be fixed for 3 years. Hope this is also what you and Amy have in mind.

I am available until noon so hope we have enough time to get it done. The gentleman from Texas planned to come to meet with me to sign agreemnt and give me the deposit at 6pm so I want to inform him asap.
