十年前 purchased it for $410k. Put in ~$25k to remodel kiten, bath rooms etc. Listed for $550 for almost two months and only received 3 low ball offers and I turned them down therefore 被逼当掏粪工， 自我鄙视一把先 ：）

Had a mortgage principle remaining ~$170k with a mortgage payment of $2400 (15yr fixed). In the process of refi to a 30 yr fixed with $150k cash out and the new payment will be ~$1800.

我没有太仔细算。So far am I doing things right?
