文学城处女帖：请教各位一个关系重大的选市问题

大家好！最近终于拿到了加拿大护照，本人一家五口，来加五年这里有好工作，但就是盼着能去美国，这也是来加拿大的原因吧。我们都三十多了，三个孩子，未来的计划是一直老公工作，我带孩子顺便做做房产出租（老公善于动手，他自己动手建过DECK,FENCE，铺过地板等等；而我热爱房产投资喜欢跟人打交道，在这里也积累了一些和房客打交道的经验）。

计划今年底明年初往美国那边找工作一切从头开始，因为涉及到想尽快投入到房产投资的问题，所以选市（落脚处）很重要，加之老公是做无线通讯和考虑到后面几年办绿卡的问题，目标就定在大一些的城市。因来加后一直在加拿大的西部油田省阿尔伯塔，以前一直考虑去同为石油城的休斯顿，那里也适合资金不是很多的人搞房产投资（这边两个房子卖了大概能拿去20几万）。但听说那里真的很热，所以现在也在考虑其他大些的城市。

对美国不是很了解，一直想来请教大家给些建议（非常佩服在美的各位房产投资专家），提前谢谢了！！
