谢谢！是啊，能够在房价高的大城市稍偏远地方买到便宜些的房子也成，无非老公上班往市里跑辛苦点了。但60英里也有点太远了吧。我的想法是前几年牺牲下生活质量，买个有十个八个单位的公寓，自己住个两房或三房（但需要找那种孩子出来就有公园啥的玩的），这样管理起来也方便。

不知美国买个公寓的最低首付需要是多少？
