that has nothing to do with wather level per se

It is more related with how people treat garbage in China.  but thanks anyway.

Went to some chinese villages last year.  Half of the village is empty and 1 fifth of the lands are covered by garbage and dirty water.  This is supposed to be one of the better place in the east part of china.

 

Actually, I have been thinking maybe companies such as "Waste Management" should be introduced to China?
