要不要租给她?

one couple's credit score only 400-550 point but they have co tenant with good credit point 725 and earn $180000.00 and he is a business man. The couple is a sister of famous person' sister and only income $6000/month. My rental is $3000/month. What you think? I refused because the credit score and not enough income.Thanks.
