My agent suggest me to accept that because

The business man so sign and they meet my requirment for no pet. But the $6000.00/month income seems also not stable. $1150 from the hu*****and's social security because he is 62 years old. $5000 from the wife. The business man is the CEO for the wife's business. The couple's son is the artist for the business man.
