We are trying to offer a house in California. It was listed for $475,000 last week. We offer them at $ 490,000, it looks like the my agent would like to add more money....and play games. What should I do?
P.S. I called the listing agent last week and asked him to be my agent as well. He said he does not do dual agent. but he refer one of his agent work in the same office to me. So my agent works in the same office as the listing agent now.
