Is your issues with them because of rate or because of technical issues?

If it is about over charging, insist to talk with managers and go high up.

If it is about technical issues, then most of them can be fixed.

It is certain that most telecom includes cable are not customer friendly, because of their semi monopoly status.

That is just like hyperinflation, the government sticks that to its citizens, what are you going to do with it? go starvation?
