1. lawyers can easily bypass the LLC and pursue your personal properties..

2. the best protection is liability insurances, but again, so far, no insurance is covering lead base paint cases.

3. I did lots of research on lead base paint lawsuits, almost all cases are not because landlord has a lead base paint home, it is because landlord didn't disclosure the possibility of lead paint.
