You can continue with the eviction but the case will likely be moved to the court that they filed the lawsuit against the bank.You should also be the defendent in that lawsuit because you acquire the deed illegally from their view. Do you know which court? (federal or state superior court?). Lis Pendens itself does not stop eviction. It will stop you from selling the house because you can not buy title insurance anymore. You need a lawyer to defend you in that case. The civil lawsuit procedure is very complicated. It will take sometime to get it resolved.
