Even that will take time and will require the other parties to agree. You can try. Meanwhile, go to the eviction court and you may get lucky and the other party may not show up or judge may side with you. Your defence will be easy since you are a BFP. The judge may grant you the eviction and ask the current owner to seek compensation from the bank. Lis Pendens does not stop eviction. Good luck.
