talk to the lawyer to find out if each owner was notified by the gov., how was it delivered etc. any response from the owner...you need to prove seller knows it.
Don't wait. Do you have an agent? He/she should deal with the listing agent. Big RE firm has RE lawyer to deal with special case when agent gets in problem they don't know how to deal with it. Good luck...
