frequently to see whether you are occupying the new bought hud home or not, if they have proof that you are not you will be facing huge fine. it does not matter your current house in selling or not, you have to be really occupying the property for proof of occupany.

I suggest you not to go any detour or illegal actions. patiently wait for the investor bidding time, or find another deal.
