disappointed with my buyer agent

The buyer agent is also listing agent.

I made offer for an investment house. It's multiple offer. Mine was the highest, and bank didn't accept it.

Then I was going to take a second look at the house to reconsider the bank offer. But learned from listing agent it was sold and also multiple offers on the house.

I was very disappointed by the buy agent as he was consistently communicate with me on other houses and never mentioned that the house I wanted was having multiple offers again.
