this refinance and cash out is under my name only

we cash out our equity to buy this property.  I'm the only person on the loan.  my hu*****and is cleared from any loan.  after this one is settled and rent out, we want to buy another house, my hu*****and will apply the loan on his own, so there is no confliction.
