loan is under my name only

but I don't remember what document also need my hu*****and's signature and date, he forgot to put the date on it and titile company think he is not even the borrower, so did not pay attention for the date, that caused this bigh problem.  According to you, I can settle tomorrow without taking too much risk, will the bank still fund us after the house has been settled?

My realtor is not bad, he wants me to work for his group if I can get a real estate license.  this is before ths problem.  they just want me to put in 30k so that I'm serious.
