Based on the closing package, corporate owner/seler affidavit, it said:
I know of no action or proceedings relating to said property which is now pending in any state or federal count in U.S, nor do we know of any state or federal judgement or any federal lien of any kind or nature whatsover, which now constitutes or could constitue a lien upon the subject property;
There are no judgements against us unpaid or unsatisfied of record, IRS liens and/or state revenue liens in any court.
We did buy this house throught our buyer agent, who is NOT seller agent at the same time. We do have title insurance. I already contacted the title company.
Do you think we should be OK? Thanks.
