thanks for your advice.

Per my research, this house was bought from the bank via a realtor, who is a chinese. She fixed the house on her own and trying to sell it out as she eyeing another in the market that she wanted to buy to fix... I went to Zillow to check the latest price of this house, it was sold on June 2006 for 85K... that was why i thought sounded reasonble and i wanted to give it a try...
