house is 90K, rental income is 880/month, cash return will be 1%.

why you think 租金回报不好?外加LOCATION不好..

property tax is only 800 and no association fee.

Still no good? I know the realtor bought this property for 65K, she told me and she is asking for 98K as she put around 1.5K to fix the house.

sorry, i really want to get myself in the right direction to start building a solid retirement fund.. :-) any advise will be welcomed here.
