I contracted a house at full listing price with 3 common contingencies: inspection,loan approval and appraisal.The inspection shows the house is in a good condition and the appraisal is the same as the contract price. I tried to find some excuse to reduce the purchase price by comparing other sold house. I played chicken twice and got 20K reduced______ set a final price that you feel comfortable and tell the seller: take it or leave it. It works,period!
