I signed the contract in July. The offer price was approved by the seller's lender 1 weeks ago(Nov). 4 months have passed and the sod, bushes got withered. The water in swimming pool turns slight green. Even through, the contract said the house would be sold "AS IS", but I insisted that the house is not "AS WAS as it" when I signed the offer. Replacing sod, bushes, and pool water and labor would cause an arm and a leg.....
The house I offered is a short sale
