1.商业保险.2.单独税号.税表.银行帐号.3.税表上不会出现owner的名字.

4.租金可算个人收入.但亏了不算(意思是没法减从个人税中扣除啥的).盈的拿那份税表银行会给算个人收入中.5.买保险用信托名就行了.不需要四个人名.......别的.老大请补下.....
