Is it good news or bad news for loan agents?

For some agents(who does not have much business), they can apply for a those jobs. For most borrowers with good credit score, they still prefer to work with agents to get it closed faster.

Another problem for blanket refinance, this only covers 30 yr fixed(as far as I heard). Not sure how to deal with other loan programs.

Did you guys heard about MBA asked a professor at San Diego university to do research to compare the loan products from other countries. Some other countries have option ARM, interest only as well, but they don't have the same problem as usa. The loose underwriting was the problem, the No Income, No Assets(even No Job) loans are the problems(and no down payments)
