就我经验，
1. replace AC：2000美元，你要决定用多大的吨数。我最近换的2.5吨lynox机器是1500美元.

2. replace two washroom basin and countertop： 看多大，我最近换两个933美元，实木柜子加花岗岩台面加水池。要是marble台面，合成的柜子，会便宜不少。

3. electrics repair and possible rewire：什么样的repair，做最近做地下室wire，花了我1600美元
4 plumbing repair：地下室plumbing： 1500美元，要看什么样的repair。

5. roof replacement （I got the quote on this already）： 我2700美元换了新房顶，报价2400到2800，我用了朋友公司的。

The house is marked 20-30K below market price. Same houses are about $110K to 120K. This one is 90K but not sure if the repair would cost less.：20-30K足够我做任何的修理，你那边的行情我就不知道了。
