这个租客如何？是卡车司机

50岁的卡车司机。两个女儿，一个14，一个17. 17岁的有个17个月的儿子和他们同住。

号称收入6万一年。原来的房子是 自己的，住了12年，说是太小。 没有credit card。

有两条狗：one is 4-yr American Bulldog, the other is a 1-yr boxer。

这是一个穷白人区。周围房子大概七八万的样子。这个房子是4房，所以感兴趣的都是有3 到4个孩子的人家。

另外是个单身妈妈带三个teenage孩子，1000刀的房租，自己只出60，其他都是Section8 付。我家领导觉得section 8 太麻烦。
