请教， 这样的房客能要吗

一对夫妻， 50左右。老公sheetmetal contractor， 年薪10万。LP开一个spa。外加女儿女婿，20左右，好像没工作。一部分时间和他们一起住，一部分时间住婆婆家，还有个两三岁的小孩。据说以前的房子20年前买的，现在short sale了，估计把钱都cashout出来花了。以前credit score580，现在应该更低。
很喜欢我们的房子，说是一次可以先付两三个月的房租。

我不太喜欢selfemplyee,收入不稳定的样子。请问大师们，你们怎么看？？
