most times, I spent 0 seconds to find a buyer.

most recent example:

a house owner was sued for 100k by the bank, her monthly payment was 850

now I got the house at 15k from sheriff sale. I agreed that the owner stays there, and pay me 749 every month plus 1900 1 time initial payment.

I just spend 0 sec.
