everywhere including both the on sale and on rent
esp in rental ads area. for example the property can be rentout at 1000 per month, after 30 years, renter still has nothing. I put my ads there, the renter/tenant can "BUY" my property for just 900 per month, not only 100 cheaper than the rent, but also after 30 years, the renter will own the property. Besides, the renter also has the equity build up which they can cash out from me at anytime.
