看了大家的意见，都有些道理，也在这谢谢大家的建议。这个投资和消费的问题的确更是个哲学问题，没什么标准答案，萝卜青菜吧。

有位同学说的好，念书时本来就没钱，再省吃俭用从牙缝中挤的确是得不偿失。记得刚工作的时候，收入一下从学生时代增了个零，于是告诉自己，量入而出的话现在的一百刀应该当作以前的十刀来花。等工作几年后又增了个零，却发现很难用当年十刀地感觉来花一千刀了。量入而出都出不来，这一定是在中国长大留下的阶级烙印。

关于房子，我觉得自己住的房子不是投资，而是消费，衣食住行都是消费。既然是销费，就没必要贷款，否则就成为超前消费了。住大房子并不一定是张扬或虚荣，这个是另外的一个哲学问题。

其实投资不过就是为了赚更多得钱，可赚了以后又用钱做什么？再去赚更多更多的钱，周而复始？那么钱的意义究竟是什么？就是一个数字？钱之所以有意义，不就是因为它能让你得到你想要的生活，实现你的美国梦吗？我觉得和同样经济地位的美国人比，老中的生活已经简单的不能再简单了。
