Bank never said we are not qualified their loan. Do appraisal already, and waiting whole month for some document - they said they need CONDO COMPLEX APPROVAL from their bank investment department.
It is pacific mercantile bank.
That loan officer never keep his promise. He said he can credit back our appraisal fee because he did twice after he jump to new bank. Now he said he can't.
We have everything on hand, he gave us estimated HUD, etc. But that condo complex approval took 20days already and worst thing is, this hell bank still can't give us estimated date when they can escrow.
We are just stuck here... This loan officer, can we sue him or what can we do? My hu*****and said he was refered from his team worker, thus why I didn't go with my searching. Otherwise I have found good people from here to do this loan already. Now is too late.
