I didn't know that before. I just loan 200k. And because my China property has no credit/equaity in U.S, and we just refinance our first house last year. so this time big bank couldn't give us that much loan amount. Thus why I let my hu*****and deal with that loan officer and small bank which is referred from co-workers.
And then hit the wall. I got lesson now. By my property status, china two without any loan left, U.S just one with loan. Now I am buying 2nd home in U.S. So it should be better for me to cash out China one house, and wireless money back to U.S.
Possibly the end of this year would be good timing to sell house again in China.
