Do I need to pay loan related fee for purchase loan?

I know I need to pay some fees (Title insurance, escrow fee, interest, tax...) for purchase loan. But do I also pay the fees for the loan? I thought I don't need to pay loan related fees just like paying no fees for refinance. These are some of the fees. Are they normal? What is origination fee?
