我上个月也卖了个房，波士顿好学区，现金买不用房检。就一个offer 一个月不到close。没有买房代理。

虽然砍了九千块，但我拿到手的钱比我要价实际拿到手的多。钱已入账，给每个孩子转了一些。

就是可惜了2.6% 房贷还有两年付清。

和会计师已经沟通把预交稅留出来，剩下就开始买了treasure bill 六周国债，等时投资了
